By accessing or using the OneButton website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
OneButton provides a platform for users to upload transcript documents for processing. This involves submitting your document, making a payment of $45.00 USD per document, after which the document is forwarded to a designated email address for further processing.
Currently, user accounts (login/registration) are part of the user interface but full authentication and account management features are not yet implemented. When fully implemented, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You are solely responsible for the documents you upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload such documents and that the content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, nor does it contain any unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material. OneButton does not review or pre-screen content, but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The primary purpose of the service is for processing transcripts. You agree not to upload documents that are not transcripts or are unrelated to the intended service.
A fee of $45.00 USD is required for each document processed through the Service. Payments are processed via Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
Upon successful payment, your uploaded document will be emailed to the designated processing email address: syelnoc@gmail.com. OneButton facilitates this transfer but is not responsible for the subsequent processing, handling, or storage of the document by the recipient of this email. The turnaround time and quality of the final processing are managed by the entity associated with the processing email address.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OneButton and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall OneButton, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
