When you use our Service, you will upload documents (e.g., transcripts). These documents are temporarily stored on our servers (via UploadThing) for the purpose of facilitating the payment process and then emailing them to the designated processing address (syelnoc@gmail.com).

c. Payment Information

When you make a payment, we use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle the transaction. We do not directly collect or store your full credit card information. Stripe may collect information necessary to process your payment, subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy. We may receive transaction details from Stripe, such as the amount paid and a transaction ID, but not your full payment card details.

d. Derivative Data (Standard Web Logs)

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. This is standard for most web servers.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Service to:

• Facilitate the primary service of document upload, payment, and forwarding for processing.

Uploaded documents are stored via UploadThing, which employs its own security measures.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded files are stored by UploadThing according to their policies and your UploadThing account settings. We do not intend to store your documents on our direct systems longer than necessary to facilitate the transfer to the processing email address after payment. Payment transaction details (excluding full card numbers) may be retained for longer periods for accounting and record-keeping purposes.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
